We hand deliver all orders ourselves, carefully packed and prepared in either a box, gift bag or gift wrapped. This means all your plants and gifts arrive in perfect condition every time. Unfortunately it also means we can't deliver outside of Sydney at this stage.
We currently offer free delivery for orders over $50 within 40km of Sydney city and a flat rate of $15 for orders below $50.
For all other suburbs located outside the 40km area we offer $20 delivery for orders under $100 and $10 deliver for orders above $100.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and will be Hand Delivered within 3 days including weekends. You can also request a particular day in the notes section of your shopping cart and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you are not home and there is no safe place to leave your order we will call you if you have provided a number or leave a delivery slip in your mailbox with instructions on how to rebook your delivery.

Returns
Plants are tricky to return because they are a perishable item. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your plants, please send us an email at agnursery@bigpond.com or give us a call on 0408 083 640 and we will help you find a solution.
Refunds
If you aren't happy with your plants, we will refund them within 7 days of purchase. Please make sure the plant is in the same condition as when it was delivered and we will arrange a pick up time. Please send us an email at agnursery@bigpond.com or give us a call on 0408 083 640.
